I Did Not Use the Item
Having the item available in your inventory does not guarantee a refund. However, we know that each individual case is different, and your situation will be carefully considered by Kabam Support. You will need to contact Kabam Support with the following information:
- The name of the item in question
- The type and amount of in-game currency spent
- The date and time of the purchase
