We do NOT currently transfer in-game currency or items from one Kabam account to another, even if the requested transfer involves two accounts on the same game. Real-money purchases or in-game transactions made with a specific account apply only to that account and that particular game.
Although we do not perform these types of transfers, there are some other options available to you:
We may be able to refund eligible in-game currency packages purchased with real money so that you may purchase them again on a separate account of your choosing.
We may also be able to extend some offers to eligible accounts.
When contacting us, be sure to provide as much information about the purchase as possible.
We may be able to reverse in-game transactions that were purchased with in-game currency under certain circumstances.
I recently made an accidental purchase on the wrong account:
We understand that every individual case is different. As such, your situation will be considered carefully by our support team. For any request to be considered, you must ensure that the purchased currency is unused and still available in your account inventory, or we will be unable to revert the transaction.
Please contact Kabam Support with the following information:
- Proof of purchase.
- The date and time of the purchase.
- The exact name of the account where you made the purchase.
- The exact name of the account on which you intended to make the purchase.
