You can register your game to your:
- Kabam ID
- Game Center
- Google Play
Why Should I Attach My Account to a Kabam ID?
We recommend that you attach your account to a Kabam ID as soon as possible. If you lose or upgrade your device, you can quickly access your account again on any supported device by logging in to the game with your Kabam ID and password. Registering your account will also allow you to recover it if you lose access to your Game Center or Google Play accounts.
How Do I Create a Kabam ID?
If you are attempting to create a Kabam ID through the login menu, tap on the Gear Icon on the top right of the screen.
If you are trying to register your account while already in the game, tap on your player portrait on the top left of the screen.
By following either of these steps, you should be able to create your Kabam ID after tapping the Account tab.
Once you have selected the Account tab, you will be given the option to select the Connect with Kabam Account button. Selecting this option will give you the choice to log in or create an account.
By tapping the Create Account button, you will be given the following screen to enter your new credentials for your Kabam ID.
Fill in the Email field with the email address you want to use, then enter a unique password into the Password field.
Note: An email address can only be registered to a single account in the game.
Once registration is complete, if you wish to sign up to receive special offers, updates, and early access to Kabam Games, tap the box next to the prompt. Finally, tap the Create and Log In button to complete the creation of your Kabam ID.
If I Already Have a Kabam ID, How Do I Attach My Account to a Kabam ID?
You can do this in your settings by tapping on the ACCOUNT button and selecting Connect with Kabam account.
After tapping on the Connect with Kabam account button, it will give you the option to sign in with your login credentials.
“Invalid Credentials” Error
If the password entered is incorrect, you will get an error message that says, “Invalid Credentials.” If you do not remember your password, you can follow the instructions in our Password Reset article to get help.
“Invalid Email” Error
If the email address entered is not attached to an account or is already attached to another Kabam ID when you attempt to log in, you will get an error message that says, “Invalid email.” If you do not remember which email address you attached to your account as a Kabam ID, Kabam Support can help you to regain access to your account.
How Do I Attach My Account to My Game Center or My Google Play?
You will be given the option to attach the account to your Game Center or Google Play after installing and loading the game.
If there is an account already attached to your Game Center ID or Google Play ID, you will be asked if you want to load that account. However, be aware that if another account is attached to your Game Center or Google Play account, the game may prompt you to log in to that account instead, which may cause you to lose access to the account you wanted to play with. While you should be able to recover your account by logging in with your Kabam ID and password, you can always contact Kabam Support to get assistance. We can help you recover your account if you do not have a Kabam ID or are having trouble logging in.
Ensure that you are logged in with the correct Game Center ID or Google Play ID, and the game should synchronize automatically.
