If you accidentally sell or use an item or resource and want to have it restored, you will need to contact Kabam support. We are eager to assist our players but can only reverse transactions if they meet specific criteria.
We are unable to return the following items if accidentally used, so use them wisely:
- Summoning Tickets
- Arena Tickets
- Crystal (if used to Summon)
Here are our policies regarding accidental use of other items:
Accidental Hero Upgrades
We carefully consider every request based on our policies, tools, and the unique circumstances of each case. Assistance with accidental upgrades is provided on a case-by-case basis.
Accidental Item Sale
We CAN restore most items accidentally sold within three days of contacting our support team, provided we can verify the transaction. When you open a ticket with Kabam Support, you will need to provide the date and time of the transaction. Additionally, you must ensure that the resources gained from it remain unused on your account.
Accidental Item Use
Accidental rank-ups and level-ups of Heroes and Relics can be reversed once every three months per type of transaction. We CAN reverse the use of the following items under the following circumstances within that three-month period:

Accidental Use of In-Game Currency
We WILL reverse purchases of in-game items if you contact Kabam Support within three of days of using Gold, Daggers of Command, Honor Tokens, or Crystal. However, the following conditions must be met:
- We need to be able to confirm the transaction.
- The item(s) purchased are present and removable from the account.
- The items were not used to gain access to an event or arena.
NOTE: Tiered offers can only be refunded if all of the items from that offer remain on the account. We CANNOT reverse the purchase of a tiered offer if items from a subsequent tier have been purchased and used.
Example: If tier one of an offer was purchased, and then tier two was purchased, and the items from tier two were consumed, none of the purchases can be refunded.
Every issue is unique. As mentioned previously in this article, we will consider every request based on our policies, tools, and the specific circumstances of each case.
