If you cannot find your purchase, restart the game, and check if the purchase has appeared.
If restarting the game does not resolve the issue, reinstall the game. Follow each of these steps in order:
- Uninstall the game.
- Turn off your device.
- Wait 10 seconds, then turn on your device.
- Reinstall the game.
If the payment was processed successfully and you are experiencing a further delay in receiving your purchase, please contact Kabam Support from the email associated with your account as the Kabam ID. With your request, provide the following information:
- For real-money purchases, provide a screenshot of your proof of purchase (iOS), your Transaction ID (Google), or your Transaction number (Summoner’s Market).
- For in-game purchases, indicate which currency was spent, how much was spent, and what was purchased.
- The date and time of the purchase.
