Sharing accounts violates our Terms of Service (ToS). You may not use anyone else's account at any time, and you may not allow anyone else to use your account at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. This includes all access and use of your account, including any and all activities.
Account sharing poses many risks to the account owner and can even result in a permanent account closure. To illustrate some of the reasons why this is a harmful practice, here are some of the most common scenarios:
- You Want to Give Your Password to a Friend or Family Member.
Your password is private and should never be shared with anyone, not even our Kabam Support team. Do not share your password with that friend who wants to check out your Champions or test the game before creating a new account. You can always help another player with account creation and show them how to play. Sharing your password can put you at risk of losing Champions and items that you might not be able to recover. - You Were Offered Free Currency that Would Otherwise Be a Real-Money Purchase.
Do not take the bait.
These are scams aiming to steal your personal information. Remember that cheating or hacking the game will result in a permanent account closure. You can purchase in-game currency in the Store or earn it through events and other in-game features. - You Want to Hire Someone to Play for You.
This is a bad practice that violates our ToS. Furthermore, it can result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account. - You Want to Buy, Sell, or Trade an Account.
Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and free.
This is a situation where the risks outweigh the rewards. Selling or buying an account is strictly prohibited, and there is a high chance that the account will be permanently closed. The person who sold you the account might also try to keep it or recover it after the transaction has been completed.
