The likely cause is that Google Play is processing the payment, but it has not completed yet, or the package in question is not eligible for multiple purchases. We advise you to check back at a later time to see if the purchase has completed.
If the issue persists, complete the following troubleshooting:

- Turn off your device.
- Wait 10 seconds, then turn on your device.
