It is possible that when attempting to click the Unit Store icon in the top-right corner, you will not see any options to purchase packages, but you will see the following message: “Purchases no longer available. Please contact Support.”
The most likely cause is that this purchase attempt was flagged as potentially fraudulent.
To resolve this issue, complete the following troubleshooting:
- Try purchasing again using a device with which you have recently successfully made in-game purchases.
- Ensure you are logged into your game account and your Apple ID or Google Play on that device.
- Check your payment methods on Apple iTunes, Google Play, Xsolla, or the 3rd party app store from which you downloaded Marvel Contest of Champions to ensure that none have expired.
