If you did not receive quest completion or exploration rewards, check your rewards menu to see if they are marked as completed. Successful completion is indicated by a green checkmark.
Completion rewards only require that one path of the quest be completed, while exploration rewards will require that you explore 100% of the quest map. If you did not receive rewards, you may have missed a path or node.
If you notice an unexplored node or pathway in a quest that you have already completed, contact Kabam Support with the following information:
- Screenshot(s) of the node or pathway in question.
- The name of the specific quest.
- The approximate time/date the pathway was completed.
We will investigate what can be done and do our best to assist you within our policies and capabilities.
