In order to send invites, you will need to be the leader of the alliance.
If you are the current leader of your alliance, you can tap on a Player Name in your chat window, and select the option Invite to send an invite. However, please note that this will only work for players in your chat channel.
Once the invite has been sent, the player will receive an in-game message in their inbox.
