Sparks are used to rank up your bot in order to increase your bot's power index (PI) and sometimes to unlock new special abilities. There are four tiers of sparks. Sparks can be used to rank up a bot once it has reached the maximum level within its current rank.
Important: Sparks need to be in your inventory to rank up your bot. If a spark is located in your stash, you will not be allowed to upgrade your bot.
There are different types of sparks:
Basic Spark: Found in the raid store.
Class Spark: Found in daily missions.
Alpha Spark: These are only tier 1 (used in the ranking up of 3- and 4-star bots). Alpha Spark Essence can be found in the raid store.
Spark Essence: Obtained from the raid store, daily missions, event rewards, and from selling sparks. You can collect spark essence and exchange it for sparks in your inventory.
How Much Essence Will I Need to Construct a Spark?
This will depend on the tier of spark. The amount of essence needed will be displayed in the inventory menu for each individual spark and may vary depending on the tier.
Why Did I Not Get Essence from My Tier-2 and Tier-3 Basic/Class Spark?
Essence can be obtained from tier 1 sparks. Keep in mind that Tier 2 and Tier 3 Basic Sparks, as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 Class Sparks do not provide essence when sold.
How Do I Use It to Rank up My Bot?
Once you have maximized a bot’s level within a rank, you will be able to rank up your bot. The requirements for each upgrade depend on the current rank and tier of your bot.
To upgrade the rank of your bot, open the BOTS tab in your main menu, and choose a maximized bot to upgrade. Select the UPGRADE button and tap on the RANK UP button. Remember that you need to have enough Gold in your inventory.
