Arena Conquest is a game mode in Marvel Realm of Champions that pits two teams of Summoners against one another in a fight where opponents battle for control over an area of the map. Earn battle rating to progress to higher tiers with even higher rewards by completing Arena Conquest battles.
In Arena Conquest, two teams of three Summoners go head-to-head to be the first to destroy the opposing Baron Oracle Designed Only for Killing (B.O.D.O.K). Teams may consist of any number of Summoners, with game-generated Champions filling in necessary spots.
You may bring up to two other Summoners along with you in Arena Conquest battles. You may read more about parties in our Creating a Party article.
Before the capture point unlocks, teams will have the opportunity to fight their opponents, converging in the center of the arena. These bouts will continue back and forth until one of the B.O.D.O.K.s is destroyed.
For each Champion the Summoner is able to knock out in battle, the player will receive one point in the Total foes knocked out column in the post-match results menu. Destroying the B.O.D.O.K. will also award the Summoner with one point.
Getting knocked out by an enemy Champion or B.O.D.O.K., however, will add one point to the Summoner’s Total respawns column. When knocked out, the Summoner becomes a spectator for 20 seconds, though this timer is immediately reduced to three seconds if either team is able to claim the capture point. Once the timer has ended, the Summoner's Champion respawns and rejoins the battle.
After 15 seconds, the point in the center of the arena will unlock and will be available to capture.
The capture area will contract in size after this countdown. Whichever team remains in the center of the arena for the requisite amount of time will capture the point and knock down the opposing B.O.D.O.K.
Your team will also become supercharged during this time, which grants a burst of regeneration, as well as a bonus to both damage and movement speed.
Teams must be eliminated completely or simply remain off of the point for a period of time for it to be captured. After a time, health potions will spawn at the edges of the arena.
Each team possesses a B.O.D.O.K. on their side of the arena. When the health of any B.O.D.O.K. reaches zero, the match will be over. Opponents entering the area around your team’s B.O.D.O.K will take major projectile damage unless the unit has been knocked down.
B.O.D.O.K. are knocked down when the capture point has been claimed, and are open to attack safely. They may be attacked when they are not in this state at great risk to the attacker.
Combat takes place in rotating arenas throughout each of the houses. While they do change, they all have similar layouts and obstacles.
- Spawn points exist at either end of the arena, with one for each team.
- B.O.D.O.K.s are placed at either end of the arena, with one for each team.
- The capture point remains in the middle of the arena.
- Health potions spawn at the edge of the arena after a time if a capture point has not been claimed.
