However, we understand that every individual case is different, and as such, your situation will be carefully considered by our support team. Having the purchased currency available in your account inventory is not a guarantee of a refund, but it will be required for consideration.
Please contact Kabam Support with the following information:
- A screenshot of your iTunes Purchase History or the Google Transaction ID/Order number
- The date and time of the purchase
- The name of the item or package that was purchased
