How Can I Access My Account on a New Device?
In this article, we will show you how to seamlessly sync your game progress between phones and tablets by registering your account with Kabam.
Once you have made sure that your device is supported, you can move forward to the next step: Account Registration. If your account is already registered correctly using a Kabam ID, all you need to do is log back into your account on your new device!
Important: You can access your game on any supported device, regardless of the platform you used to download the app, if you have a Kabam ID. Without a Kabam ID, you can only access your account on a supported device that uses the same platform as the device you originally created your account on. For example, if you created your account on an Android device, you can only access it on an Android device unless you have attached a Kabam ID to it. With a Kabam ID, you can log in on both Android and iOS devices!

Account Linked to the Wrong Apple or Google Play Account
If your account is linked to the wrong Game Center or Google Play ID, or you wish to remove the Apple or Google account associated with your game, Kabam Support can help you.

Switching Between iOS and Android
If your account was linked to the correct Game Center or Google Play ID and you wish to transfer the account from one platform to the other, then follow the Account Registration steps to register your account with Kabam:

Following these steps will help you to register your account with a Kabam ID. But if you have already registered your account, continue to the Logging In With Your Kabam ID section and follow those steps instead.
We recommend linking your account to a Kabam ID as soon as possible. Once you have registered your account on your main device, you can sign in from different devices.
You can do this in your SETTINGS menu by tapping the ACCOUNT button.
After tapping the SIGN IN button, tapping the orange SIGN IN WITH KABAM button will give you the option to sign in with your credentials or tap the Create An Account button.
Note: A Kabam ID can only be associated with a single game account. If the email address you want to use is already registered to another game account, you will not be able to use it to register your game account and will need to use a different email address instead.
Logging In With Your Kabam ID
It is time to load your account on your new device! Follow these steps to log into your account with a Kabam ID after installing the game:
- Tap the LOGIN button at the bottom of the screen next to the text: “Already have an account?”
- In the pop-up that appears, tap the SIGN IN WITH KABAM button
- Enter your username and password and tap Log In.
Note: You may be asked to log in to your Game Center or Google Play account. But you will need to log in with your Kabam ID if you are accessing the game on a different platform.
Alternatively, you will be logged into a new game account if you choose PLAY NOW.
Sometimes you can also be loaded into a new game if:
- Your game was not correctly saved to a Game Center or Google Play account.
- You are accessing the game on a new platform since Game Center and Google Play do not share account information.
Note: If you load a new game, you need to complete the basic tutorial before you can use your Kabam ID to load your old account.
