I Finished the Quest and Did Not Receive Any Items
Items May Be in Your Stash
If your inventory is full, items will be delivered to your stash.
Selling or using items in your inventory will clear up space for you to claim items from the stash.
I Am Missing Star Rewards
These rewards require that you collect quest stars within a chapter. You can claim different levels of star rewards when you have collected 10 stars, 20 stars, or all of the available stars in a chapter that you have mastered. You can see how many quest stars you have collected by checking the progress bar in the bottom-right corner of the quest map screen. If you tap on the progress bar, you can view and claim your star rewards.
If you are not able to claim your star rewards, you may still be missing a quest star objective on the quest map. Quest star rewards are only granted once. Items granted this way may also be delivered to your stash.
I Did Not Attain Victory in the Quest
A variety of XP motes, crystals, crystal shards, consumable items, gems, books, pages, and Orbs are available as possible rewards for every quest objective you complete or quest star you earn. You can view what rewards are possible for a quest by tapping on the quest in the chapter and scrolling to the POSSIBLE REWARDS section of the quest panel. If you quit the quest or your Guardians are defeated, you will not gain any of the possible rewards associated with that quest. You will have to try the quest again in order to gain the rewards.
