When you make a purchase on Google Play, you should receive a confirmation message with your order information in the email address associated with the Google Account you used to make the purchase.
You can always see your order history on Google Play or pay.google.com. However, order numbers or transaction IDs are not available on Google Play at this time, so if you need your transaction ID to request a refund, follow the instructions below:
- Go to pay.google.com.
- Find and tap the Activity tab.
- Select an order to see your receipt.
- Locate the TRANSACTION ID row at the bottom of the Transaction details menu of your purchase.
When to Expect Charges
You will be charged shortly after you purchase content on Google Play. You should see any changes to your Google Play balance appear immediately, and charges to other payment methods generally appear within a few days.
