I Am Being Overcharged or Charged for Other Packages When I Only Made One Purchase
Do not worry! Your transactions might have been grouped together by iTunes. The charge may include your current purchase plus previous purchases you have made through iTunes. This does not mean that you were charged multiple times for the purchase. It will just display as one single purchase in your payment history.
I Am Being Charged Sales Taxes
In the United States, some states charge a sales tax on purchases made in the game. Kabam’s games are in compliance with these taxes. Since these vary, you may notice slight differences in charges depending on where you live.
I Am Paying a Different Price in My Country
This may be due to:
- A difference between the values of the currencies
- Specific taxation laws of your region
- Processing fees and operating costs in different countries
The price of in-game packages, currency, and items may vary from country to country. Prices may also vary between the App Store and Google Play.
For example, while a Unit package might have a specific price in dollars in the United States, it may have a different price in Argentina. The amount may be adjusted based on the current value of that country's currency, which in this case would be the Argentine peso.
The taxation, fee, and cost differences will be specific to each country and local territorial unit, such as a region, state, or province.
I Received an iTunes Purchase Invoice for a Purchase I Did Not Make
iTunes may send a purchase invoice and charge your payment account at a later date than your actual purchase date. The date on the purchase invoice is NOT the actual purchase date. It is only the date in which iTunes charges your payment account.
To verify the date of your purchase, please check your iTunes purchase history under your iTunes account. Tap on the following image for instructions on how to retrieve your purchase history: How Do I See My App Store Purchase History
