If you are unable to log in and you have received a message stating that your account has been temporarily suspended or permanently closed, you may be in violation of the Terms of Service of Kabam, iTunes, and/or Google Play. The message should state the amount of time of the suspension.
Why Was My Account Temporarily Suspended or Permanently Closed?
Kabam temporarily suspends or permanently closes accounts for violations of our Terms of Service.
Common violations include, but are not limited to, being abusive to other players, using inappropriate language, reversals of purchases, or using a third-party script or program while playing the game. The reason for your temporary suspension or permanently closed account will be communicated to you through a message that appears on the screen when attempting to open the game.

Am I Still Eligible to Earn Alliance Rewards?
While your account is temporarily suspended or permanently closed, you are unable to earn prizes for ranking in arenas, completing alliance event milestones, finishing solo events, and participating in alliance war seasons.
However, if your account is temporarily suspended and the suspension is lifted with enough time for you to successfully complete an alliance event, you should be able to receive rewards from that event for the progress you made.
You will not qualify for rewards if you are suspended while an event ends and the rewards are paid out. They will be forfeited, and Kabam Support cannot assist you with claiming any rewards you may have qualified for.
