To change your Kabam ID email in Marvel Contest of Champions:
- Click the Settings gear on the home screen.
- Click Change Email.
- Your Kabam ID email address will be displayed. Follow the instructions to complete the change. The steps required will vary if you do not have access to your original email address's inbox.
If you can access the original email, you can also change your email by logging in to the Account Management website.
If you need help changing your email, you can submit a request to Kabam Support.
We can change the Kabam ID email address attached to an account once every 90 days. You will need to contact our support team using one of the following:
- The email address attached to the original account
- The email address that you wish to use on your account
To complete the change for you, Kabam Support will also need you to answer the following security questions to verify your account ownership:
- What was the original in-game player name of your account? Write this name exactly as it appeared in the game.
- What are your first two real-money purchases in the game? Include the dates (yyyy-mm-dd) and the amounts of real money that you spent in-game or on the Summoner’s Market.
- Did you ever attach a Kabam ID to your account, and what was the original email address that was linked to your account? Write the exact email address you attached to your account as a Kabam ID.
- What country, province, state, or city were you in when you created your account?
- What is the creation date of your account? Estimate the date (yyyy-mm-dd) of when you created your account in the game.
