Why Should I Attach My Account to a Kabam ID?
We recommend that you attach your account to a Kabam ID as soon as possible. If you lose or upgrade your device, you can quickly access your account again on any supported device by logging in to the game with your Kabam ID and password. Registering your account will also allow you to recover it if you lose access to your Game Center or Google Play accounts.
How Do I Create a Kabam ID?
You can do this in your settings by tapping on the LOGIN OPTIONS button in the settings menu.
After tapping on the LOGIN OPTIONS button, tapping the orange SIGN IN WITH KABAM button will give you the option to login or create an account.
By clicking the Create An Account button, you will be given the following screen.
Fill in the Email and Confirm Email field with the email address you want to use, then enter a unique password into the Password field.
Note: An email address can only be registered to a single account in the game.
Once registration is complete, if you wish to sign up to receive special offers, updates, and early access to Kabam Games, tap the box next to the prompt. Finally, tap the Create Account button to complete the creation of your Kabam ID.
“Email account already exists” Error
If the error “Email account already exists.” appears when trying to attach a Kabam ID to your account, this means the email address is already in use on another account.
If the email address you wanted to use on your account is already attached to another game account, you will need to either choose a different email address or submit a request to Kabam Support to get help.
If I Already Have a Kabam ID, How Do I Attach My Account to a Kabam ID?
You can do this in your settings by tapping on the LOGIN OPTIONS button. You can also directly tap on the CREATE KABAM ID button next to the SUPPORT button.
After tapping on the LOGIN OPTIONS button, tapping the orange SIGN IN WITH KABAM button will give you the option to sign in with your login credentials.
“Your email or password was entered incorrectly.” Error
If the password entered is incorrect, you will get an error message that says “Your email or password was entered incorrectly.” If you do not remember your password, you can follow the instructions in our Password Reset article to get help.
“Please enter a valid email address.” Error
If the email address entered is not attached to any Kabam ID when you attempt to log in, you will get an error message that says, “Please enter a valid email address.” If you do not remember which email address you attached to your account as a Kabam ID, Kabam Support can help you to recover access to your account.
How Do I Attach My Account to My Game Center or My Google Play?
You will be asked to attach the account to your Game Center or Google Play after installing and loading the game for the first time.
If there is an account already attached to your Game Center ID or Google Play ID, you will be asked if you want to load that account. However, be aware that if another account is attached to your Game Center or Google Play account, the game may prompt you to log in to that account instead, which may cause you to lose access to the account you wanted to play with. While you should be able to recover your account by logging in with your Kabam ID and password, you can always contact Kabam Support to get assistance. We can help you to recover your account if you do not have a Kabam ID or are having trouble logging in.
Ensure that you are logged in with the correct Game Center ID or Google Play ID, and the game should synchronize automatically.
