I Accidentally Sold or Used An Item

If you have sold or used an in-game item by accident, Kabam Support can assist you once every 90 days in reversing these transactions as long as the conditions below are met.

Accidental Item Use

ITEM	CONDITIONS
	Awakening Gems: We can verify that the item was used. The Champion's Signature Level remains at 1. We received your request within three days of the Awakening.
	Signature Stones: We can verify that the item(s) were used. We received your request within three days of the item(s) being used. Note: We have placed a maximum limit of 25 Signature Levels for any reversal.
	Crystal Shards: We can verify the relevant shards were used. The resulting Crystal remains unopened on your account. If it has been used, we will not return the shards.

Accidental Item Sale

• We can verify the item was sold.
• Resources gained from selling the item remain on your account and have not been used.
• A ticket is opened within three days of selling the item.
