No Crystal Shards from Certain Duplicate Champions
Although most Champions provide crystal shards when duplicated, Champions received from Alliance Crystals or Arena Crystals (i.e. Unstoppable Colossus and Punisher) will not provide crystal shards.
Additionally, these type of Champions do NOT provide crystal shards:
- 1-star Champions
- Duplicate basic Champions earned from arena rewards
Note: Basic Champion profiles will appear in blue, as shown in the example below:
I Get Fewer Crystal Shards from Duplicated Featured Hero Arena Rank Reward Champions Earned from Arena Rewards
Featured hero arena rank reward Champions provide fewer crystal shards than regular duplicated Champions obtained elsewhere in the game:
- 3-star featured hero arena rank reward duplicates provide 20 4-Star Hero Crystal Shards.
- 4-star featured hero arena rank reward duplicates provide 100 5-Star Hero Crystal Shards.
- 5-star featured hero arena rank reward duplicates provide 100 6-Star Hero Crystal Shards.
I Did Not Get Any Crystal Shards from an Event
Some events require that you claim your rewards in your stash. Make sure that you have claimed the rewards correctly and that you have waited at least 10 minutes for the items to appear in your inventory before contacting our support team.
Daily Card & Calendars
Remember that you will need to log in on a daily basis to claim the crystal shards provided by your daily card and your login calendar rewards. Missing any day on a weekly calendar will reset your progress.
Other Missing Crystal Shard Issues:
If everything else fails, our support team will work with you to investigate the issue. Please make sure that you provide as much of the following information as possible when you submit a ticket:
- Date and time of the issue
- Number and type of crystal shards missing
- Where the shards came from (i.e. event name and quest name)
- Date and time you last converted a crystal of this type
