Sometimes when a purchase is made using a credit card, you may see a “hold” placed on the card and the same amount as an actual charge. In our games, this is most common with purchases placed in-game on Apple devices, as they routinely delay billing on purchases, sometimes for several days. If a purchase shows once in your purchase history but more than once on your billing statement, this is typically why.
If the hold does not drop off within a day or two after the billing is completed, you should contact both the payment processor and the financial institution for the card with the payment on hold to investigate further.
