Most users receive their in-game currency immediately after the transaction is processed. However, in some rare cases, the delivery of in-game currency can be delayed due to the security settings of our payment partners (App Store, Google Play, etc.) or a large number of transactions causing processing delays.
What to Do
If the purchase has not arrived:
App Store or iTunes Store
Please restart your application to make sure that the purchase has not arrived. If the issue persists, please contact Apple directly to make sure that the payment has gone through.
If it has been more than six hours since the purchase, please sign in to your Google Play account to confirm the status of your purchase. It may have been canceled by Google. If this is the case, you will need to communicate with Google Play to make sure that your information is correct.
If the payment went through successfully and you are experiencing a further delay in receiving your in-game currency, please contact Kabam Support and provide the following information:
- Transaction ID/order number (if Google)
- Which payment service you used
- The date and time of the purchase
- If your purchase was made via Google Play, please provide us with your Google Play email address
