If you made a purchase in the wrong account, please contact Kabam Support and provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase for the purchase made through Apple, Google Play, The Summoner’s Market, or the 3rd party app store you used to download Marvel Contest of Champions.
- The exact name of the account where you made the purchase.
- The exact name of the account on which you intended to make the purchase
While we are unable to transfer Champions, in-game currency, or items between accounts, we may be able to refund eligible in-game currency packages purchased with real money so that you may purchase them again on a separate account of your choosing. We may also be able to extend some offers to eligible accounts.
Ensure that the purchased rewards remain unused, or we will be unable to reverse the purchase.
