If you accidentally selected the wrong reward, such as from a Nexus Crystal or a reward screen, we may be able to reverse this.
Do not use the reward in question and ensure that you meet these requirements:
- The accidental selection was made within 72 hours before contacting Kabam Support.
- The claimed rewards are still available on your account.
- Any additional Crystals obtained at the same time as the selectable reward must be unopened.
