We are aware of an issue where the tooltip for the Act 10 Epilogue incorrectly states it unlocks after completing Act 9.
Accessing Act 10 will require both completing Act 9 and reaching Elder progression. We are currently working on a fix to update the tooltip description so that it accurately reflects these requirements.
