Sometimes it may appear that Collective Rewards were not received.
You can confirm receipt of Collective Rewards by checking your Title menu and Emote menu. Please note that Titles and Emotes may not be sorted together, so please be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu to locate them.
The Title menu can be accessed through your Summoner profile:
You can check the Emotes menu through your Summoner profile, tapping the pencil icon, and going to Equip Emotes:
Important: Collective Rewards for each Rank are received when reaching that specific Rank for the first time. For example, Rank 15 Rewards will be received when reaching Rank 15, not when Rank 15 is completed.
You can follow these steps to check specific Collective Rewards in-game:
Tap the Information icon circled in red:
You will then see a Rewards breakdown where all Rewards are listed:
