We are aware that there was a missing Ascension token for about the first 45 minutes of the Night & Day Sale today (September 9, 2026), meaning that players who completed this track expecting to be able to ascend their new 7-Star Gwenom to Ascension Level 2 were not able to do so.
The team corrected the issue on the store and is working on collecting data to send the missing token to all players who qualify for it and did not receive it. We do not have a timeframe for how long this will take at this time. Watch your in-game mail for the corrected rewards, and check our Discord announcements channel for further updates.
