We are aware of an issue where players who claimed their First Appearance Carina before using their Carina Awakening Gem were left with an unusable Awakening Gem and a lower Signature Level.
Our team has confirmed this issue and is actively working on a solution that will allow affected players to exchange their unused Awakening Gem for a Signature Stone. We aim to make this exchange available in-game as soon as possible.
