Beginning with update 32.0, Summoners across The Contest noticed fight timing felt different. We identified that a change to our game engine was the source of these problems.
With the help and patience of our players over the past several months, we have developed a fix for the input issues, which is currently in beta testing. On May 12, 2022, we pushed a change to the game that enabled the fix for the input issues for all players.
The intention is for you to see major improvements in the timing of the battle. This should affect battle mechanics such as blocking, parry, dexterity, special attack activation, and basic attacks.
Since this is a beta for the fix, there may be unforeseen issues with how the fix affects your gameplay. Because of this, we want feedback from our players about what they are seeing now that the fix is enabled. This will help us identify any issues and if any changes are needed to ensure the fix is functioning perfectly.
