Como atualizar as informações do cartão de crédito

Gerencie as informações de pagamento do seu ID Apple em Ajustes no seu iPhone, iPad ou iPod Touch.

Seu ID Apple é a conta pessoal que você usa para acessar os serviços da Apple, como a App Store. Quando você modifica seu método de pagamento ou endereço de cobrança, as suas informações também são atualizadas em todos os lugares em que você usa seu ID Apple.

Se você modificar o seu método de pagamento, certifique-se de que as informações da sua conta correspondem às informações registradas na sua instituição financeira. Saiba mais sobre os diferentes métodos de pagamentos que você pode usar.

Note que: Quando você configura o Compartilhamento de família e ativa o compartilhamento de compra, um adulto na família (a pessoa responsável) controla a forma de pagamento compartilhada para todos no grupo familiar. Saiba mais sobre as compras e pagamentos de família.

Como modificar ou remover suas informações de pagamento do ID Apple:

1. Acesse Ajustes.
2. Toque no botão [seu nome], depois no botão do iTunes & App Store button.
3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap the View Apple ID button. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Tap the Payment Information button, then change or remove your information. To remove the payment method, select None. Get help if you do not see the None option or cannot select it. Learn more about what payment methods are available in your country or region.

5. Make sure that your name and billing address exactly match the information on file with your financial institution, then tap the Done button.

If you change your payment method to a credit or debit card, you might see a temporary authorization hold on your account. You might also see an option to add the new card to Apple Pay.

On Your Android Device

Here is how to add, edit, or remove payment methods you use for Google Play purchases.

Add a payment method:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .
2. Tap on the menu icon and then the Payment methods button.
3. Under the Add payment method section, select the payment method you want to add.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
5. The new payment method will be added to your Google Play account.

Remove a payment method:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open Google Play.
2. Tap the menu icon, then the Payment methods button.
3. Tap on the More payment settings button.
4. If asked, sign in to pay.google.com.
5. Under the Payment methods section, locate the payment method you want to remove, and then tap the Remove button.
6. This will give you a Remove this payment method confirmation screen. Tap on the Remove button to confirm your removal.

The payment method will be removed from your Google account.

Edit a payment method:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app.
2. Tap the menu icon, then the Payment methods button.
3. Then tap on the More payment settings button.
4. If asked, sign in to pay.google.com.
5. Under the Payment methods section, locate the payment method you want to edit, and then tap the Edit button.
6. Make your updates.
7. Tap the Update button to save your changes.
