Bug Category
When submitting your ticket, select the appropriate category so that you can provide specific information about the bug you are reporting.
You can review the issues below to find the best one for the bug you are experiencing:
- Champion: Report a bug related to a Champion, their abilities, or synergies.
- Relic: Report a bug related to a Relic and its abilities.
- Crystal: Report a bug related to a Crystal or Crystal opening.
- Game Mode: Report a bug related to a specific game mode (Incursions, Battlegrounds, Alliance Quest, Arena, etc.)
- Event: Report a bug related to a specific event (Alliance Event, Solo Event, Realm Event, etc.)
- Quest: Report a bug related to a quest (Story Quest, Event Quest, Side Quest, Daily Quest, Back Issues, etc.)
- Summoner: Report a bug related to your Summoner Profile, Mastery Tree, or Title.
- Translation: Report an incorrect or inaccurate translation.
- Item: Report a bug related to an item in your inventory (boosts, potions, revives, etc.) or a rank-up/level-up item (Catalysts, ISO-8, etc.)
- Resource: Report a bug related to a resource or currency (Gold, Units, etc.).
Note: If you are having an issue with a real-money or in-game purchase, do not submit a bug report. Instead, choose the I made an accidental purchase, or I did not receive my purchase issue from the Submit a request menu instead.
Device OS and Version
Follow the steps below to find the Operating System version installed on your device.
- iOS: Go to your iOS device's home screen, tap Settings > General > About, and see Version.
- Android: Open your Android device's Settings > About phone or About tablet, and scroll down to see Android version.
- PC: Click Start > Settings > System > About and scroll down to view the Edition and Version of your OS
- Mac: Click the Apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen and click About This Mac. The macOS and version number will display in the window that opens.
Game Version
The game version is found in the game’s SETTINGS screen.
